First generation diversity efforts were focused on creating diversity in our workplaces. The women of Professional Dimensions believe it is time to take this conversation to the next level in Milwaukee.
Instead of thinking only about how we create diversity, it’s time to realize that we are already working and living in a diverse world, and a representative workforce is not only good for people, but good for business. It's time to shift our focus toward true inclusive leadership, leadership that invites each person to bring their full authentic selves to work and life. This summit is intended to disrupt your thinking about diversity, flip it on its head, and give you the practical tools to ensure that we are building a world in which we all can thrive.
