Our first lunch program of the year will feature Mary Dowell, founder and CEO of MJ & Associates. As a business owner, accomplished executive, award-winning author  and co-founder of Professional Dimensions' Race Relations Initiative, Mary is a trailblazing woman who will inspire members to find their success.

The Double-Down Effect describes what happens when challenge meets opportunity in life and career. Mary will share her personal story and use concepts from her book Playing Through the Fence to show how perseverance and the right support systems can help us overcome adversities to achieve career and life success.

Playing Through the Fence is a book that is part memoir, part self-help for emerging leaders or anyone seeking inspiration while facing obstacles in their career journey. Copies of Mary's book will be available for purchase after the luncheon and Mary will be available for book signing.
