What: Virtually interview our freshmen students, then provide an assessment about their performance. Your valuable feedback will help them to identify their strengths and areas for growth with life skills and abilities such as social interaction, communication, and valuing in their decision making abilities.
Who: Professionals and retirees who have experience with interviewing. Volunteers will perform "mock interviews" with several students as if the students are potential employees.
Why: To help prepare our students for the real world. These interviews, and their interactions with you, provide them with their first professional interview experience.
