As Professional Dimensions continues to grow as a community of diverse women leaders, we recognize the importance of empowering our members to own their voices and successfully leverage their platforms. We also exist to amplify the voices of PD women to ensure our region learns from women who are courageous, strategic, equity-driven, and deeply connected to the challenges they address. Our region is better when we're guided by #PDWomen.
To support this vision, we partnered with Deanna Singh to create a course designed to hone these skills, build confidence, and ensure women understand how to be appropriately compensated for their contributions. The course was outstanding, and now we’re excited to share these learnings and opportunities for growth with you.
