Let's talk "Professional Development"
We believe the most important person you can invest in is you. As a leader and systems thinker, it is crucial that we are clear and intentional about what we intend to achieve; and that we have a plan for how to get there. Our first PD Dinner Program of the new year will present an opportunity to broaden member understanding of what professional development is for the PD Woman, revisit the annual theme "Start With You" as defined during our Ideation Summit, and help members understand how to position their mindset do create real change in their personal and professional world.

In this month’s presentation, Lauryn and William will be presenting on an important topic entitled “Identifying Your Why”, which focuses on developing mission-clarity in one’s personal life. When you become clear on your life’s purpose and the fundamental “why” for getting out of bed each morning, you will be able to derive value in everything that you do. Once your inspiration becomes your purpose, you then have a strong foundation to set goals and execute your grand “mission”.

As a membership here at PD, we want you to be empowered from the inside-out. We want you to be whole mentally and emotionally so that you can bring your “best version” to your work and family each day. We believe that “Mental Fitness” is a most relevant topic right now, and this presentation will be an great introduction for you all!

In alignment with industry standards Professional Dimensions will require all attendees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of the event.

Attendees can show their vaccine card, or a photo of the front and back of it, when entering to prove they’re fully vaccinated. Attendees can also provide their negative COVID-19 test result by showing an electronic copy of the result, or a paper copy, upon entrance. Once noted, vaccination information will be documented for PD members to facilitate registration at future events.
